To enter, either (i) log on/sign up to Instagram and post a picture of yourself and a friend or family member wearing matching clothes, or (ii) upload a picture of you ‘virtually’ twinning using the Oreo filters (included on Snapchat and AR ad) which will be available during the promotion period. All entries must include the written hashtag ‘#OreoTwinToWin’ in the caption and tag @Oreouki in the post. A hashtag in the picture will not be counted as an entry. Multiple entries permitted, enter with a different picture each time. 1 grand prize winner of £1000/Euro equivalent and 1 of 525 runner-up prizes of pairs of fashion prizes including jackets, sweatshirts, hats, caps, cross body bags and socks available to be won.   • 1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  • 2. Entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  • 3. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
  • 4. The promotion will begin at 00.01 GMT on the 14 February 2020 and end at 23.59 BST on 30th March 2020 (“Promotion Period”).
  • 5. Each week during the Promotion Period, there will be a prize draw to select 75 runner up winners (as per the below table) from all entries received during that week as follows:

    A final draw will be conducted within 3 working days after the promotion close date to select the Grand Prize winner from all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

  • 6. To enter, either:
  • i. log on or sign up to Instagram and post a picture of yourself and a friend or family member wearing matching clothes, or;
  • ii. upload a picture of you ‘virtually’ twinning using the Oreo filters (snapchat and AR ads), which will be available during the Promotion Period.
  • 7. Entries posted on Instagram stories will not be accepted, entries must be posted as a picture on your Instagram Feed to be entered into the prize draw. All entries must include the written hashtag ‘#OreoTwinToWin’ and tag @Oreouki in the post. A hashtag in the picture will not be counted as an entry, this must be written out in the caption of the post. Instagram account must be set to ‘public’ during the promotion period to be entered in the prize draw. Entrants can enter as many times as they like using different pictures each time. Multiple entries with the same picture will only be counted once.
  • 8. The entrant must ensure::
    • I. The entry is the entrant’s original creation;
    • II. They have permission from the other person in the entry or that they have permission from the parent/guardian if the other person is under 18;
    • III. does not contain any material which: (i) is offensive and/or derogatory, (ii) is of a explicit and/or sexual nature, or (iii) is defamatory, libellous, obscene or disparages the promoter in any way, or (iv) is otherwise illegal;
    • IV. does not contain any material which violates any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trade marks, or any other proprietary or personal right); and
    • V. does not contain any trade/brand logos or references other than incidental inclusion and/or relating to the Promoter’s products.

    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its reasonable opinion, contravenes any of the above.

  • 9. PRIZES:
  • i. 1 grand prize winner of £1000/Euro equivalent cash for a family shopping spree. The prize will be transferred to the winner via BACS.
  • ii. 1 of 525 runner-up prizes of fashion prizes:

    For the avoidance of doubt, all runner-up prizes will be awarded to winners at random and winners will not get a choice in which item they receive but can request their preferred size (sizes available for 8+ years only and subject to availability) from one of the following:

  • 10. Runner-up prize winners will be randomly drawn via a weekly prize draw within 3 working days of the relevant closing date for each weekly period. Only entries for the corresponding week will be taken into account in each week’s prize draw.
  • 11. Grand prize winner to be randomly drawn from all the winning entries within 3 working days after the end of the Promotion Period.
  • 12. Max 1 runner up prize per person. Only 1x Grand Prize available.
  • 13. For the runner-up fashion prizes, the winners will be told which item they have won from the available items listed above. Each runner-up winner will receive two of the same items but can choose two different sizes if required, size is subject to availability and within the sizing range set out above. PromoVeritas (an independent verification agency) will extract all the entries once each week has closed and randomly select valid entries from that week. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 3 working days of each weekly prize draw. Winners will be provided an email address to contact and will need to verify that they are eligible to win in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Once confirmed, winners will be asked to provide contact details (Name and address) in order for their prize to be fulfilled. Due to the bespoke nature of the prize, delivery of prizes may take up to 8 weeks from the date of winner confirmation. Winners will be notified and kept up to date on a specific date for the delivery of their prize.
  • 14. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of Prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.
  • 15. It is the responsibility of the winner to amend their Instagram account privacy settings for their account to be public and to be able to receive direct messages from the Promoter. If the Promoter is unable to send a direct message to the winners’ account, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize and another winner may be selected from the corresponding entries.
  • 16. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries lost, mislaid, delayed or not included in the Promotion for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  • 17. No third party, spam or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any gift entitlement will be void.
  • 18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  • 19. Winners may be asked to consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material, for up to a year.
  • 20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  • 21. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash (runners up prizes) or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  • 22. If a winner is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all element of the relevant prize.
  • 23. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  • 24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 25. Provided no objection is received by the winners, the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by writing to JS10561 Oreo Twin to Win WL, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of 8 weeks. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  • 26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  • 27. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, The General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at www.cadbury.co.uk/privacy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
  • 28. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
  • 29. The promotion is run pursuant to a lottery license granted to Make-a-wish Ireland under the Dublin District Court.
  • 30. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose. By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to give Instagram a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the Promotion.
